Waste water pump installations
Q max. 900 m³/h | H max. 50 m
The pump assemblies are available on a single-axle or tandem carrier with height-adjustable tongue. The number of suction and pressure connectors can be changed at the customer's request. A variable RPM adjustment enables the operation of the installation with different hose fittings, according to the particular necessary conveyance amount; it is also possible to fit the pressure side with a different number of hoses, according to the number of connectors available.
The DIA pump assembly with a vacuum pump is particularly suited to the conveyance of impure liquids as well as waste water and media which contain sludge or emit gases. The pump is (dry) self-priming and requires no water receiver. The assembly is immediately ready for use following activation. The vacuum pump which continuously runs along with the assembly de-aerates the system during the vacuum process; this also applies to seepages of air or gas into the assembly during the conveyance process (which is not interrupted as a result). The "Liquiphant" integrated in the separator chamber regulates the vacuum with the aid of the magnetic valve.
When a certain level is reached in the separator chamber, the Liquiphant emits a signal and opens the magnetic valve. Via the recoil flap, the vacuum is maintained in the system. In the event of seepages of gas or air, the Liquiphant once again emits a signal and shuts the magnetic valve. This re-connects the vacuum pump to the system, which enables the start of the de-aeration process. In order to prevent (in the event of a failure of the Liquiphant or the magnetic valve) a seep-through of the conveyance medium through the vacuum pump, a mechanical safeguard is also built in.
Benefits of use
- dry self-priming
- automatic re-aspiration
- non-sensitive to dry runs
- Conveyance capacity range: for pure to solid-loaded gaseous media
- quiet-running dual-channel wheel
- high degree of effectiveness
- large clear passageway
These are used during:
- Water-induced disasters
- Floods
- Flood safeguarding
- Channel redevelopment
- Repairs to water-purification installations
Conveyor pump
Channel-wheel pump with large, clear passageway and revision opening. Shaft sealant SIC/SIC.
Vacuum pump
Dry-running rotary slide.
Actuator
Conveyor and vacuum pumps are actuated via a diesel engine. The engine is equipped with an electric starter device, operating-hours counter and RPM gauge. Also, an automatic start/stop controller via a floater switch is available for automatic operation.
Structure
The bottom is made of corrugated aluminium sheet. A reflective canvas cover on all four sides (along with an aluminium roof) are part of the basic version of the device. A soundproofing dome to cover the entire installation (with a rating of 60 dB(A)7m) is also available.
Sub-structure
Braked single-axle and/or tandem trailer for 80 km/h; with pneumatic tyres, overrun brake and height-adjustable tongue - featuring a ball head and DIN drawbar eye, supporting legs, support wheel, wheel chocks, lighting, TÜV (Technical Inspection Authority) survey and operating permit. Other sub-structures are possible.
